From the mountains of Huehuetenango, one of Guatemala’s most renowned regions for high-quality coffee, comes Pacaya — a classic and dependable coffee that suits any brewing method.

Grown between 1,200 and 1,800 meters above sea level and processed using the traditional washed method, this lot stands out for its sweet, chocolatey profile, with notes of milk chocolate, almond, plum, and panela.

The name Pacaya, inspired by one of the country’s most iconic volcanoes, reflects the warm, deep, and consistent character of this cup. A versatile coffee that shines as espresso thanks to its body and sweetness, and also delivers smoothness and elegance in filter brews.
