Our history

At Boscon Coffee Roasters, our passion for great coffee blends with our deepest roots.

We are two Argentine cousins ​​of Italian descent, and our story begins in Boscon, a small village of just 40 inhabitants in the province of Belluno, in the Veneto region of Italy. Our name, which means "forest" in Italian, comes from this charming corner: a tribute to our ancestors and the purity of nature.

As true children of entrepreneurs, the desire to create and the passion for what we do have always been our driving force. We love to innovate, work on what we truly love, and unleash our creativity, putting our whole heart and professional experience into every step.

After more than a decade immersed in the world of engineering, a field that taught us precision and innovation, in 2022 we decided to launch Boscon Coffee Roasters with the clear vision of building something truly special. We chose Valencia, a city we fell completely in love with and which today we are proud to represent in the fascinating world of specialty coffee, always with the utmost quality, passion, and professionalism.

Our connection with coffee

Our relationship with coffee isn't new; it dates back to our childhood. It goes back to those first cups we enjoyed for breakfast in the 1990s. The quest for a superior beverage led us to acquire our first espresso machine in the early 2000s, a moment that ignited an unstoppable spark within us.

From there, our passion grew without limits. In 2016, we took a step further and visited farms in Colombia's coffee-growing region, expanding our knowledge of the coffee-growing processes and discovering new horizons in this fascinating world.

Today, that dream is a reality. BOSCON isn't just about specialty coffee: it's our way of contributing to this beautiful industry, sharing what we love, and, above all, helping more and more people enjoy real coffee.
