Our Story

At Boscon Coffee Roasters, a passion for good coffee merges with our deepest roots.

We are two Argentine cousins of Italian descent, and our story begins in Boscon, a small village of just 40 inhabitants in the province of Belluno, in the Veneto region, Italy. From this charming corner comes our name, which in Italian means "forest": a tribute to our ancestors and the purity of nature.

As true children of entrepreneurs, the drive to create and the passion for what we do have always been our engine. We love to innovate, work on what we truly love, and unleash our creativity, putting all our heart and professional experience into every step.

After more than a decade immersed in the world of engineering, a field that taught us precision and innovation, in 2022 we decided to bring Boscon Coffee Roasters to life with the clear vision of building something truly special. We chose Valencia, a city that completely enchanted us and that today we are proud to represent in the fascinating world of specialty coffee, always with the highest quality, passion, and professionalism.

Our Connection to Coffee

Our relationship with coffee is not recent; it goes way back to our childhood. We trace it back to those first cups we enjoyed at breakfast in the 90s. The search for a superior beverage led us to acquire our first espresso machine in the early 2000s, a moment that ignited an unstoppable spark within us.

From there, our passion grew boundless. In 2016, we went a step further and visited the coffee farms of the coffee axis in Colombia, expanding our knowledge of origin processes and discovering new horizons in this exciting universe.

Today, that dream is a reality. BOSCON is not just specialty coffee: it is our way of contributing to this beautiful industry, of sharing what we love, and above all, of helping more and more people enjoy real coffee.
