Shipping policy
1. Free shipping within mainland Spain
- Condition: free shipping on orders over €50.
- Areas included: Iberian Peninsula (mainland Spain only).
- Areas excluded: Portugal, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Please note: valid only for orders that include coffee products. The total coffee value must be €50 or more.
2. Free shipping within the European Union
- Condition: free shipping on orders over €80.
- Territories included: all European Union member states.
- Please note: valid only for orders that include coffee products. The total coffee value must be €80 or more.
3. Exceptions
- BOSCON gift cards: not eligible for free shipping.
- Non-coffee products: do not count towards the free shipping minimums.
4. Carriers and delivery times
Mainland Spain
- Carriers: SEUR and Correos.
- Estimated delivery: 24–72 hours.
European Union
- Main carriers: UPS and DHL.
- Fulfilment platform: shipments handled through GNI Logistics (or similar).
- Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.
5. Preparation and dispatch
- Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm may be dispatched on the next business day.
6. General notes
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected during periods of high demand, public holidays or logistics incidents outside BOSCON's control.
- BOSCON reserves the right to update and amend this policy without prior notice.
