Shipping policy

1. Rates and free shipping by destination

  • Mainland Spain: €4.90. Free shipping on orders from €50.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €12.50. Free shipping on orders from €80.
  • Portugal and the rest of the European Union: €12.50. Free shipping on orders from €80.
  • Andorra: €12.50. Free shipping on orders from €80.
  • Switzerland, Norway and Gibraltar: €25. Free shipping on orders from €150.
  • Other countries: we do not ship there for now. If you are interested, email us at info@bosconcoffee.com and we will look into it.

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Shipping outside the European Union: customs and taxes

  • Orders to Andorra, Switzerland, Norway and Gibraltar leave the European Union and go through customs.
  • Duties, import taxes (local VAT) and customs handling fees are not included in the order price or the shipping cost and are paid by the recipient.
  • Customs clearance may add a few days to the delivery time.
  • If the recipient refuses the parcel or does not pay the customs charges, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may also involve customs formalities and local taxes (IGIC or IPSI) on arrival.

3. Coffee subscriptions

  • Mainland Spain: free shipping on all subscriptions, any size, no minimum spend.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, European Union and Andorra: a reduced rate applies, shown before you complete payment.
  • Switzerland, Norway and Gibraltar: subscriptions are not available for now.
  • Validity: these conditions apply to every renewal while the subscription remains active.

4. Exceptions

  • BOSCON gift cards: not eligible for free shipping.
  • Non-coffee products: do not count towards the free shipping minimums.
  • Experiences and tastings at our shop: no shipping required.

5. Carriers and delivery times

Mainland Spain

  • Carriers: SEUR and Correos.
  • Estimated delivery: 24–72 hours.

European Union, Andorra and rest of Europe

  • Main carriers: UPS, DHL and other international carriers.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days within the EU; 3–8 business days outside the EU, excluding customs time.

6. Preparation and dispatch

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm may be dispatched on the next business day.

7. General notes

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected during periods of high demand, public holidays or logistics incidents outside BOSCON's control.
  • BOSCON reserves the right to update and amend this policy without prior notice.
