In the Fraijanes region of Guatemala, this coffee is grown by Mariano Ventura on the El Chorro farm, an environment where altitude and climate favor slow fruit maturation.

The Natural Sleeping Bag process enhances the concentration of sugars and aromatic compounds during drying, resulting in a more complex cup with greater fruit intensity and an enveloping texture.
