The story behind this decaf
This coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the Huila region, in southern Colombia, where the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes converge. Selective hand picking, meticulous processing and careful post-harvest sorting have made this region one of the most recognised in the country.
Produced through a Washed Sugar Cane process, this method removes the caffeine using sugar cane derivatives, preserving most of the bean's sweet character.
This decaf reflects the essence of Huila: deep sweetness, a creamy body and a warm experience in every cup.
