The story behind Dukamo

In the Sidama region, Ethiopia, this coffee is produced by the Dukamo family on the Dadahe Dagucho farm, at over 2,100 meters above sea level, in an environment of native forests that favor slow fruit ripening.

The washed process, with aerobic fermentation, allows the coffee's profile to be clearly expressed, highlighting its floral character and natural sweetness.

The result is a clean and defined cup, with notes of blackberry and nectarine, a marked floral expression, and a panela-like sweetness that brings balance and elegance.
