The story behind The Whisper

In the Cauca Mountains, between the inter-Andean valleys of Piendamó, this unique Geisha is cultivated on the El Silencio farm, a family project dating back to the 1970s, led by Robinson Rivera.

There, between 1,780 and 1,950 meters above sea level, exotic varieties such as Geisha, Bourbon Rosado, and Ají grow under natural shade and using traditional practices combined with controlled fermentation. This micro-lot underwent anaerobic pre-fermentation in cherry for 36 hours and a 48-hour fermentation in parchment before air-drying.

El Susurro is a coffee that speaks softly but clearly: its white flower fragrance and sweet tea and citrus fruit flavor evoke a subtle, complex, and harmonious experience. A gem that speaks of patience, dedication, and living nature.
