The story behind Mantiqueira

Grown in the Serra da Mantiqueira, in Sul de Minas Gerais, one of the most respected coffee regions in Brazil. In the honey process, part of the fruit's mucilage is left on the bean while it dries, which builds that signature sweetness and a silkier body than a traditional washed lot.
