The story behind Harambee
From the hills of Nyeri, in the coffee heartland of Kenya, comes Harambee, a single-variety SL-28 lot grown at 1,815 meters above sea level.
Processed using Anaerobic Natural with the Sleeping Bag technique, this coffee develops an intense aromatic expression, a firm structure, and exceptional clarity in the cup.
Selected as the Official Coffee of the CUC Valencia 2026 Filter Competition, the roasting profile was specially developed to highlight its precision, cleanliness, and sensory depth in filter brewing methods.
Its name, Harambee, means “all together” in Swahili. It represents the collective effort from origin to the competition stage to achieve a memorable coffee.
A coffee designed to explore recipes and discover new nuances in each preparation.
