The story behind Harambee
From the hills of Nyeri, in Kenya's coffee heartland, comes Harambee, an SL-28 single varietal lot cultivated at 1,815 meters above sea level.
Processed using the Anaerobic Natural method with Sleeping Bag technique, this coffee develops an intense aromatic expression, a firm structure, and exceptional clarity in the cup.
Selected as the Official Coffee for the CUC Valencia 2026 Filter Competition, the roast profile was specifically developed to highlight its precision, cleanliness, and sensory depth in filter brewing methods.
Its name, Harambee, means "all together" in Swahili. It represents the collective effort from origin to the competition stage to achieve a memorable coffee.
A coffee designed to explore recipes and discover new nuances in each preparation.
