From the mountains of Apaneca-Ilamatepec, one of the most renowned coffee-growing regions in El Salvador, Santa Ana brings together selected lots from different associated farms, all under the supervision of producer Andrés Salaverría.
This Catuaí Natural stands out for its pronounced sweetness and classic profile: notes of chocolate and caramel combine with fruity hints of plum and a smooth hazelnut finish. Its texture is creamy, smooth, and balanced, making it a perfect coffee for both espresso and everyday filter brewing methods.
