About Murakaza
From the mountains of Kizi Rift in western Rwanda, Murakaza is a coffee produced by Baho Coffee, a project founded by Emmanuel Rusatira with the mission of empowering local farmers and delivering high-quality coffees with full traceability.
This lot was processed using a natural blend, combining open-air drying techniques (sleeping bag) with mechanical drying (air-mechanical natural), preserving the full aromatic potential of the bean.
The result is a versatile and expressive cup, with notes of strawberry, hibiscus, violet, panela, and green tea. It performs beautifully across both clean filter brews and vibrant, floral, and sweet espressos.
