About Murakaza
From the Kizi Rift mountains in western Rwanda, Murakaza is a coffee produced by Baho Coffee , a project led by Emmanuel Rusatira , whose aim is to empower local coffee farmers and offer high-quality coffees with full traceability.
This batch was processed using a blend of natural methods , combining air drying ( sleeping bag ) and mechanical drying ( natural air mechanical ). This mixed technique allows the full aromatic potential of the bean to be preserved.
The result is an expressive and versatile cup, with notes of strawberry, hibiscus, violet, panela and green tea , which is suitable for both clean filtered coffees and floral, vibrant and sweet espressos .
